You just remind me that the billing error was the major reason we switch to COX. When we had Qwest few years ago, we have to keep asking Qwest to lock down the long distance provider with a pass code. Few weekslater, we were switched from one provider to the other without notice until we receive the phone bill. What a pain.
Now I am using cell phone for long distance.
