Bob,

I recently (last weekend) upgraded from FC3 to FC4 -- I had xine working
under FC3 and recall that it took several odd rpms to get working,
although once I got all the pieces in place, it would handle any DVD I
threw at it.

I have to get it working under FC4 now, and I'll try and document what I
go through for you -- wish I had the first time through.
