The queue can be flushed with "postqueue -f". This attempts to deliver the
queued mail.
You can view it (traditional sendmail style) with "postqueue -p".
Also "postfix flush" will force deliveries instead of waiting for next
interval.
Have a look at your postsuper man page for deleting or manipulating your
queued messages. (See "-d ALL".)
