I'm less experienced with regex on non-ms stuff.
Javascript does regex well ; could play around with
it that way. I know there's a lot of java resources
for regex too.
in the ms world, I use The Regulator for finding quick
pre-written expressions. A lot of times I end up
gooling a reference site and use a regex tester I
wrote to check my pattern.
