ruby - ruby on rails

Are there any groups in the Phoenix area for either ruby or ruby on
rails?

I spent a fair amount of time setting up and running through basic
tutorials for ruby on rails and it looks very promising. Signed up for
the mail list - very active. Noticed the development 'gems' - very
promising. I want more info...any ideas?
