Clock wierdness has once again sprung up in my system. A week or so
ago my clock in KDE was four hours off. I tried to reset it but
couldn't.
I checked the BIOS and it was 4 hours slow and 2 days ahead. I don't
know why. I corrected it and it's set for UTC -7 hours.
Now my mail is always showing the wrong time it was received. It shows
UTC time, not UTC-7. For example, the most recent messages on the
PLUG list say they arrived at 10:27 PM instead of 3:27 PM. Right now
it's 3:34 PM.
hwclock --show currently gives me 22:34
How do I set the system to local time?
TIA,
Siri Amrit
