Right. Just to clarify, I was mixing talk about clients and servers,
and hosting providers and service providers -- I was cognizant of
servers being commonly prohibited, but I was only recently aware that
many hosting providers ban (or at least strongly discourage) clients.
I'm not aware of service providers that ban clients, although I wouldn't
be surprised if someone provides a counterexample. :-)
