I will warn you about the Linkskey LKW-G553. (Marvell chipset) I bought two
of them to assemble an ad-hoc network for my Windows desktops, and they hang
the systems regularly if put in ad-hoc mode. I've fixed this by getting an
access point, but still...
Considering the card will be at least 18 bucks (for the airlink101 ones), why
not just get a $25-30 access point/router/waffle iron? The electricity saved
will pay for the difference.
