The only way I could figure out to have Outlook export the calendar
in a useful form was to forward individual meetings in iCal format.
In at least Outlook 2003, select a meeting, click on Actions and
select "Forward as iCalendar". The resulting format is usable by all
reasonable calendar apps (KOrganizer and the like).
I haven't found any way to automatically have meeting requests be
forwarded in iCal format. Nor have I found a way to just save it to
a file.
