I just had a strange thing happen on my Mandrake desktop.
Must have done something to cause this, but I don't know what.
A gray borderless task bar just appeared at the top of my screen
with these titles: [ File New Bookmarks Desktop Windows Help ]
Each has a pull down menu that roughly corresponds to the tasks
listed when I click on the K-menu "Start" button - i.e. "K"
Any suggestions how to get rid of it?
I tried "unclutter" desktop ... tried right-click on it (no response) ...
