The project seems to have increased in scope and one agency trumped
another. The new agency is doing it their way.
As I already posted, they are also trying to limit the site to evacuees
and trained volunteers. We haven't been through their training, so we
don't count as trained volunteers.
I agree that it seems a waste, but I also know we don't have all of the
information. They also don't have much information about us in order to
instill confidence that we can do what we claim.
The evacuees need results. I know we can deliver, but the governor and
GITA and FEMA don't.
Let's prove we can deliver when we do get an opportunity.
