Regarding our wired network frustration.
I called Charles to get his e-mail. He said he remembered us, but was at
Defcon, and said the other IT guys kept forgetting about us. Now I have
the e-mails of all three IT guys there. I'll experiment and not
telephone, just e-mail, and see if they're more attentive.
