Job description


Bobcares Customer Support Representatives provide excellent technical
support to webhosting and Internet Service Provider clients by
evaluating customer problems and coordinating with engineers in India
to resolve client problems.

You will have hands on experience at trouble shooting customer
problems, interacting with customers via phone and email. You will
interface with a group of experienced engineers in India and learn all
about the webhosting and Internet Service Provider industries.

o) Tidy appearance and mannerisms.
o) Most important - you must enjoy computer and Internet technology

 Desired Skills

 o) Have a base knowledge of Linux and Windows technology. 
 o) Have worked on or used website control panels like cPanel, Ensim or
    Plesk or any other server management tools.


 Responsibilities
 ================
 o) Help customers with their questions or issues. 
 o) Walk customers through possible resolutions using the phone, email, 
    trouble ticket systems or instant messaging. 
 o) Follow escalation policies to ensure quick resolution of issues and 
    customer satisfaction.
 o) Work with Indian Engineers to quickly resolve problems. 
 o) Other duties assigned by management.


There will be lots of interaction with Bobcares management, engineers
and customers . Anyone we hire will learn a great deal - we are not
looking for someone with extensive server administration experience,
but rather someone that is willing to come in at the ground level and
learn by and become part of the successful Bobcares team.
