Is there some existing utility by which one can automatically track Internet
dial-up connect time? I just switched to all2easy.net which is only
$4.95/month but they have a cap time of 200-hours-per month on a rolling
average basis, so I'd like to be able to track my connect time to make sure
I don't go over that and get cut-off from their service.
