I have a PDF file I want to print to letter size (8.5" x 11") paper.
The pages in the PDF are some European size a bit larger than
letter size. When I print it, I cannot find any option to "zoom to
fit" on the destination page size. I've looked at Xpdf, Kpdf and
KGhostView, none of which will "shrink" the print image to fit the
letter size paper.
Anyone know a tool to do this?
