I checked 4 mirrors. 9.3 is on all of them under i386.

I suspect the 9.3 directory under i386 is not for x86_64.
For the above two points I can only assume that 9.3
Professional for x86_64 is not released yet.

Don't know about that since I have not tried. Maybe the i386
install doesn't work right on x86_64? [shrug]

So far I can only suppose that 9.3 for x86_64 is not available
yet but it looks like i386 is. As to items 3 and 4, I don't
know enough to know what is wrong.
