I saw somewhere a warning that WinXP and Win2k may behave badly (more so
than usual) if you take over the MBR, and that there is a Windows-native
boot loader that can be used to select Windows or Grub/Lilo. In fact I
thought I was following some instructions that would do that, but now
I'm sure it just had Lilo stuff the MBR in the usual fashion.

I'm currently quad-booted under Lilo: WinXP + SystemRescueCD + Mepis +
CentOS. WinXP has not complained yet. So what's this about the Windows
boot loader?

Thanks,

Vic
