I also recently moved from the HTML-only design camp to the table-less CSS
design camp, and discovered the power, speed, and ease of it.
My web design tool of choice is vim, and will be for a long time! I have
much more power, and it's just easier.
I can even hand over change requests to clients, so they can log into the
servers themselves and make changes. All they know is put paragraphs in
<p></p>, headings inside <h1></h1>, and lists in <ul><li></li></ul>.
Go to
http://newclient.ahtechllc.com/ and do a view->source. The menu
works, click around and view their sources too. Then view
http://newclient.ahtechllc.com/style.css . The hardest thing about
anything on those pages you should see is the Latin. I don't see why
anyone needs a tool to write HTML like this.
