If he is only changing the IP address of an existing host and not the
services that the host is monitored on, the only file should be the
hosts.cfg file. And he will have to restart the program to load the new
configuration.

I seem to end up doing hosts.cfg, hostgrougs.cfg, _and_ services.cfg every
time. Remember to restart nagios when you are done.
