Webpage development software?

Does anyone know of webpage development software that works with Linux? Free
or for pay, I'm interested in either. I'm thinking something like Dreamweaver
or Frontpage, but for Linux and hopefully Open Source. I know Frontpage is
horrible, but I'm looking for a similar easy drag-and-drop tool for putting
together a few simple webpages. I'm too slow at coding HTML from scratch.
