Hi all,
I'm going to give a shot to building a Gentoo system and was wondering
if anyone had any ideas on what size the partitions should be. I've
always been told that the root ("/") partition should be as small as
possible. I know that the off the shelf distros don't do things that
way though. So for a pair of 30 gig disks (60 gigs total) how should I
break up the partitions? Does it really matter?
