Note that since the Junk filter did not see these,
it is good to run the Junk filter on your trash
before deleting, to train that filter. For some
of the ones that Cox has tagged, my Thunderbird
filter needs to be told once or twice that it's
spam before leaving it tagged. This may be voodoo,
but I imagine that it leads to better filtering.

BTW, I don't myself like blackhole lists that
filter out everything from a major service, since
I lost some mail back in my unemployed days that
might have been good job leads.
