kio_zip

I try to open a zip file and am returned the error:

Could not start process Unable to create io-slave:
klauncher said: Error loading 'kio_zip'.

I attempted apt-get insall kio_zip with no success. What do I need to do to
fix it?

(I got around to trying to install IPCop)
