Plugmarks links page

FWIW, I've updated the http://wmachines.shubes.net/plugmarks.html page.
I added some descriptions, reorganized the office applications area a
bit, and added the project applications mentioned today.

I also tested an import into Firefox, and it worked flawlessly. If 
someone uses a browser other than Netscape and Firefox, I'd appreciate 
it if you'd try importing this page (file) into your bookmarks and let 
me know the results. TIA.
