OT AZOTO Knoppix CDs Professionally Created

Some time ago I got a Knoppix CD with art work referencing AZOTO and/or PLUG
neatly (and professionally) affixed to the CD.

Who created these CDs?

Do they do this for a living?

Are they interested in creating CDs for a different project?
