Does anyone here have any experience with MySQL and hp? I am trying to
get MySQL installed and running on my SuSE box so I can create a
database that will be accessed via php running with Apache (I think that
is right!) ie.. I have a SuSE box running Apache with php4 and I would
like to install and configure a MySQL database for the web server to
access. What I am trying to do is allow a client access to the database
by logging thru the web site. Then a php page will come up and they will
be able to create and modify records via the web. The .html page in turn
will get its information via the database instaed of hard coding the new
info. The format will be dictated by CSS. Does this sound right?
