A lot of browsers these days try to download an image icon that goes with the
site. By convention this is favicon.ico.
Three things you can do:
Ignore it.
Touch favicon.ico so there is a file there (just 0byte)
Write some fancy rewrite rules in your httpd.conf to reject all those
requests.
I go with solution 1.
