Create a Fat32 partition of size:2.5gb (it wil utilize its own fat
partition for swap)
Slack: 5gb
NetBSD:7gb
/Swap : .5gb primary
Other: 5gb extended

Not Neccessary. Make sure win98 installs first an in the c:, this is a
must! win98 must reside in the first primary partition.
Use grub as boot manager

Any of the *nix distros can reside anywhere, and this is also the case
with winNT(3.x,4.x,2000,xp,2003). I would utilize the extended partition
for all "clinical" trials! ;)
