running fsck manually

I got the below error the other day.

/dev/ataraid/d0p9: contains a file system with errors, check forced.
/dev/ataraid/d0p9: Inode 7873 has imagic flag set.

/dev/ataraid/d0p9: UNEXPECTED INCONSISTENCY; RUN fsck MANUALLY.
     (i.e., without the -a or -p options)

fsck failed. Please repair manually.

How should I fix this?
