The URL is in the address field in the top of the browser, something
like 'http:''www....'

In most distros, KDE will save all open applications (at least kde
apps like konqueror) when you logout. Try this. Log in as the specific
user with the problem. Close Konqueror (all instances if more than one
starts up). Then logout. Now login again and Konqueror should not
start unless you specifically start it.
