i have a dell inspiron 8100, running gentoo, with 2.6.10-r6 kernel. i
have a 3com mini pci 56k modem (3c556c). i can get the nick to work. no
luck on the modem. i don't have cable at home (yet). i don't want to buy
another modem. i've done the google thing. anyone know where or even if
there is a driver for this modem. so far, i don't think there is.
