that's a granularity choice that would suggest that all you need is to
'filter' wireless by known MAC addresses - encryption optional but not
entirely necessary - of course it's not hard to change a NIC's mac
address ;-)

things like hosts.allow & hosts.deny aren't firewall - they don't stop
packets from reaching (i.e. - worthless in DOS floods)
what hosts.allow and hosts.deny represent represent is an 'ACL' (access
control language) and Windows actually does have ACL's - just that many
of them are awkward to implement and implementation in programs is up to
the developer and inconsistent if considered at all.
