OT: researching commercial spam filtering services

I am researching commercial spam and virus filtering services (not
software, but filtering then relay service).

What companies have you used or do you know about?

Any comments about them?

How much do you pay (or is it worth)?

Also, do you know of any companies that provide commercial spam and virus
filtering services that specifically advertise that they use open source
solutions, such as SpamAssassin, SpamBayes, BogoFilter, gld, postgrey,
milter-greylist, qgreylist, dspam, ClamAV, MailScanner, et cetera, ??
