As a relative newbie (noob, etc.), I think this would be a good place
for me, as long as someone else is with me or is accessible to me. I'm
pretty good at Ubuntu now and I've even dabbled in some .deb packages
and, earlier tonight, I was able to successfully configure, make, and
make install a couple of programs that weren't in the apt-get
repositories. So, I'm getting to know my way around Linux pretty well.
I've also been trained to handle difficult situations and people.
(I've worked in a few call centers in the past and have always moved
my way up to the supervisory / call-resolution level.) So, my ability
to calm bad situations or angry people is well ingrained.
Besides, I like people in general and am not afraid to talk to them. :-)
