What version do you want? Sarge? I can burn a netinstall CD for you, that will give you a basic (very basic) setup then you install the rest from the net. If you are on a s-l-o-w dialup and want to install from just CDs, you'll need about three to five CDs.
If you want an easy to install Debian-based distro on one CD I'd recommend Ubuntu.
