screen placement of kmail

Is there some config file where one can specify the position or
coordinates on the desktop where the KMail window will open?

As it is now, every time I click on the desktop icon to open KMail,
it opens to a random different place, depending on what other
windows I may have open. I'd like to be able to set it to open to
the same set location, upper right corner.
