ql queries the rpm database for the search parameter. In this case you are
mistakenly telling it to look for Cedega...rpm and it isn't finding it in the DB
(as it shouldn't) because packages in the DB don't have .rpm at the end of their
name.
Instead use -qlp (query, list, package) Cedega....rpm to see what is in that rpm
file.
