I think it is too little ram. X on two of my systems is currently using
43MB for memory (19MB resident) and 70MB (8MB resident). Add on other
local software like the kernel, and you will be swapping like crazy (even
when main apps are ran on LTSP server).

The other issue is that it probably may not have a good video card for
good video performance.

I'd suggest get a GB of ram if you are using cheap hardware.

My last LTSP project had 15 clients that were all brand new 800MHz boxes
with around 500MB of ram. I don't remember the server though. I think 1GB
of memory.
