moin, moin,
co-worker is using SuSE. He's installed a few non-KDE apps ( e.g. gaim )
and they're not showing up in his menuing system.
debian has kappfinder for finding and registering new apps with the KDE
interface, but that doesn't seem to be available for SuSE. Is there
another way to get new apps to show up in the KDE menus?
