incoming mail not going to procmail

Thanks to those who responded to my recent questions,
helping me to get through some problems coming up to
speed with a new installation of SuSe 9.1.

One minor problem remains. I used the SaST2 sysadmin
program to configure email, which asked me if I want
incoming mail to be processed through procmail. I said
yes.

Mail is coming in just fine now (polling with
fetchmail), but the mail is *not* being passed off to
procmail.

Anybody got a clue what I can look at to figure out
why?
