Yes, but many of the reports have, perhaps, overstated the problem. Pat having some test done at Mayo and they may have diagnosed the problem. And, no, it isn't what he first thought it was.
In the meantime Alan Hicks and Co. have setup
http://slacksec.info to make sure there is no delay in getting out security patches.
