ssh -D 9000 ssh_server
Then ... in your browser tell it to use the SOCKS proxy at port 9000.
This is a little less annoying than the -L -R forms of using this since
you don't have to specify the hosts to forward to in the ssh command line.
I suggest you use firefox and try one of the fast proxy switchers
because if you do this often you will be annoyed at being proxied in to
one place and then browsing the web in another window ... going through
your proxy.
