Yes, definitely. I get "Your mail has been rejected because of X
virus" messages many times a day. Some of the From addresses are
clearly semi-random names prepended to my domain ('bob @ granroth.org',
'joe @ granroth.org', etc). The rest use real addresses that I've had
put on webpages at one time or another (mostly
granroth@kde.org which
is spread on many a webpage and list archive online).
