I need help from you security guys out there.
A question has come up about Linux or Unix support of the Fortezza cipher
used in security. (See
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fortezza for
discussion of what Fortezza is.) (Love wikipedia!)
The point is, someone wants to use a SCSI card reader to access the
Fortezza card when required by a Linux or Unix host. The customer is
seeking the libraries or code or software needed to call the Fortezza
card.
OpenSSL seems to mention it but states that it is "not implemented" in the
man page (man openssl cipher). I assume that there may be closed source
SSL software that does implement it but I have not successfully found a
reference to it.
Any thoughts or pointers?
