Rsync to a ftp folder.

Can I rsync to a ftp folder? I have to update a website very frequently and I have ftp access (only) to upload the files. There are hundreds of files in the website and I don't want to upload all of them everytime a few of them are changed and its difficult to keep track of which files are changed. So, can I rsync to my ftp folder?? Or is there a better way to do it?
