Subject: OT: Hardware for Sale
Hi All,

Our community is having its semi-annual garage sale next week. My wife and
I will be selling lots of stuff, but I wanted to give the techies first
crack on the hardware before the sale.

Please note that the systems were tested good. The pieces-parts were
working when I put them in storage, but are untested as of now. If you're
interested please contact me off list.

Here is the list. I listed prices, but no reasonable offers refused,
especially if someone wants to buy several items (or all!).
Thanks,
Peter

* Working system, great for a second machine or kids computer.
450Mhz, 192MB Ram, 9Gb IDE, Net Card, AGP video, CD-RW, keybrd, mouse, USB,
serial, parallel.
$55

* I have 3 very small footprint (ATX-mini?) systems. Kinda like a set top
appliance. I used them to run Linux and
    they worked very well. They also make great MP3 servers. Each unit is
tested working.
    AMD 300Mhz, 64Mb ram, TV out, sound out, USB, 10/100 NIC, serial,
parallel, net boot ROM. 2 units have no hard drives. 1 unit has a 6Gb
drive. They use standard 44-pin IDE 2.5" laptop drives. There is also
room to mount a full size hard drive (3.5") or a CD-Rom drive (even a
floppy drive).
$10 each, ($15 for the one with a hard drive).

* Seagate ST19171W SCSI hard drive (9Gb) (tested good), $5
* 12X SCSI CD-Rom drive (tested good), $5
* 2 brand new 52x CD-ROM drives w/driver disk ($5 ea.)
* Sound Blaster Live sound card (MIC in jack is in-operable, but all
outputs work great), $5
* 2 sets of Computer Speakers ($5 ea).
* 1 Compaq PS/2 keybrd, $3
* 3 brand new keyboards (PS/2), $3 ea.
* 3 brand new (in box) optical mice (PS/2), $3 ea.
* Intel Netport Express Pro/100 Printer Server, $15
* Belkin Omniview Pro 8 Port KVM rack mount (F1D108-OSD). I don't have the
DC adapter, but you can use a generic one from Radio Shack, $25
* Optibase Video Plex Plus MPEG 1 & 2 decoder board
* Optibase Moviemaker MPEG 1 encoder board
    The Optibase boards are best used as a pair ($75 for both).

Also, for all the new parents on this list, we will be having LOTS of baby
clothes and toys for sale at the garage sale.
