After you install the latest 2.4 SMP kernel and the raidtools packages,
it does :) This is a part of our server build procedure. What I did
notice, however, is that the 2.4 kernel was not available (on CD or via
apt-get) for non-ultra SPARCs. (This is not to say you can't compile
your own - that is outside our support model.)
