Subject: Apache2 mod_ssl not working
Hello,

My SSL cert just ran out. I got one issued from Thwate, and all is
good. I just have to move the current files and put in the new key and
cert and restart the service, right? That's what I thought, but now I
can't get the SSL service to start. Here's the specs:

Started with RH 8.0, but updated to FC 2
I get the following in my log file:

[Tue Sep 07 11:19:42 2004] [notice] caught SIGTERM, shutting down
[Tue Sep 07 11:19:53 2004] [warn] Init: Session Cache is not configured
[hint: SSLSessionCache]
[Tue Sep 07 11:19:54 2004] [notice] Apache/2.0.48 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.0.48
OpenSSL/0.9.6b PHP/4.3.4 configured -- resuming normal operations

That's all I get. I'll have to check and see if the logging has been
turned down or something.

The SSLSessionCache file didn't exist, so I created a blank file with
touch. Still no go. It's currently using dbm: for the SessionCache file.

I think this was caused by yum, but I'm not sure.

Thanks,
Ray
