I've never heard of an ip address defaulting to an url. It appears like
the router's trying to "phone home" after configuration, something that
some things do (netscape, for instance). When I go to
www.routerlogin.com, I get www.netgear.com, which isn't surprising since
I don't have a netgear router.

What happens when you enter 192.168.0.1 in your browser? Do you get a
login window?
