It would greatly help if you posted your lilo.conf file. You'll need something like this:
image=/blah - for linux boot.
other=/dev/hdb1
label=windoze
table=/dev/hdb
map-drive = 0x80
to = 0x81
map-drive = 0x81
to = 0x80
the map-drive option is needed when separate disks are used...
